Birth Louisville is a Louisville-based organization founded by Angela Garvin with the goal of helping families create the birth experiences they desire. Birth Louisville offers birth doula services and Empowered Birth, a 7 week series of childbirth classes. Empowered Birth classes are informative and interactive, helping parents prepare for their birth experience at home or in a hospital through discussion, small group activities, videos, hands-on activities, labor rehearsals and comfort measures practices. The class presents all birthing options so parents are empowered to choose the path that is right for their particular needs and circumstances. If you don't know your options, you don't have any!
