GYROTONIC®,GYROKINESIS® and STOTT PILATES™

GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods is a three dimensional body work that takes the body through all of its natural spinal movement. GYROTONIC® movement is on a machine using weights and pullies, and GYROKINESIS® movement begins on a stool and moves to the floor.

STOTT PILATES™ is a two dimensional bodywork that takes the body into safe but challenging movement using originally designed equipment by Joseph Pilates.

Both forms of movement provide strength, flexibility, balance and much more.....
