Kentucky Online Farmers' Market - Buy Sell Trade Locally Grown Food

KYfoodtrader.org represents a new and unique service for the Commonwealth of Kentucky that not only informs the general public know when food is harvested, but also how much food is available, and where that food can be purchased outside of local farmers markets. With KYfoodtrader.org, farmers can create an instantaneous listing that identifies the description, quantity, price, and location of their items. Consumers can search listings within specific categories and communicate directly with the farmer to buy the food at the farm, at a farmers’ market, a food co-op, or at another prearranged location.

Not only does KYfoodtrader.org serve as a tool to link producers and consumers, it also offers an opportunity for producers to donate excess foods to nonprofits.
