Got some oyster mushrooms from one fifth of the guys at the Douglas Loop farmers market last Sat. Made the mushrooms, shallots & greens recipe except with vidalia onions & spinach. Great recipe. Now, I'm looking for more mushroom recipes! See you again on Saturday.
