Trained instructor offering hatha and vinyasa yoga , support and encouragement to those who are on the path & to those just beginning their journey down the path of yoga. It is our desire to create a safe & nurturing environment for practitioners of all levels and foster a sense of community as we work towards spreading the many benefits and message of yoga to all.

classes for students of all levels. Teaching primarily hatha yoga (ha: sun and tha: moon, the yoga that brings union or pairs the opposites) the instructors place great emphasis on the importance of meditation,focus, personal practice, breath work, and applying your yoga practice off of the yoga mat.

Classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday in a quaint classroom setting, overlooking the highlands / downtown Louisville. Come by and take a class, drop in's are always welcomed and class packages are offered.
