Louisville can be the Saudi Arabia of Biodiesel
Who are we and what are we asking for?
We are “Made in Louisville Bio-diesel” and we need used vegetable cooking oil to recycle.
Louisville Biodiesel Cooperative's 30 Second Elevator Pitch:
A. Partner with a driven, dedicated and professional green effort;
B. Capture the benefits (marketing halo, profits, customer satisfaction, + make your pie bigger); and, best of all,
C. Wall-off risk (profit erosion/volatility, customers leaving + bad press).
Why?
1. BIG need for CLEAN, LOCAL petro-diesel fuel replacement (Explore Piedmont Biofuels: www.biofuels.coop);
2. Bio-diesel emits 50% to 80% less pollution than petro-diesel (Explore EPA's research: http://www.epa.gov/oms/models/biodsl.htm);
3. Bio-diesel recycles local dollars between restaurants, families, fuel and farmers (Explore the Austin, Texas biodiesel coop Diesel Green http://dieselgreenfuels.com/index.php/page/13.html;
4. Bio-diesel enjoys wide and deep acceptance (Google "biodiesel AND" the following: military, municipalities, agriculture, racing, business and consumers);
