Supporting intentional parenting for calmer, happier, more secure kids

SP Louisville offers series of parenting workshops to help parents realign their family life with their own values. Parents identify ways to insulate from the pressures of "Too Much, Too Fast" and move toward a more harmonious, balanced, and intentional day to day life. Each group has a different focus:

1. Getting in touch with one's own parenting values (the motivation for change)

2. Working through tantrums and acting out in more centered and effective ways

3. Decluttering home spaces

4. Inserting rhythm into days and weeks

5. Looking at scheduling to find better balance

6. Becoming more aware of all the ways we are overly "plugged-in" and developing intention around that overflow

7. Making all these small changes sustainable!
