Balance and Empowerment in Life

We believe in empowering individuals to make informed choices about their own day-to-day health and wellbeing. Our sessions and workshops for individuals and small groups currently include massage therapy, holistic health coaching, Reiki, and health education. Therapeutic massage sessions combine stretching, active engagement techniques, Swedish strokes, myofascial work, and trigger point therapy. We believe that personal wellness is the key to community health: when individuals and small groups are in balance, a seed is planted that creates a more sustainable culture for all of us to live in.
