As sole proprietor of Wholistic Welling Resource & Guidance, LLC, I serve those who desire to live a conscious and well life. I "meet people where they are" through consultations or counseling using the methodology of an intrinsic coach. While I draw from my 30 years experience in wholistic health integration,sharing knowledge and offering assistance when appropriate, I believe that everyone has an inner guidance system (IGS) that, when staying tuned in, will take them right where they need to be. My role is to assist individuals in tuning in to their IGS so there is clarity in what they most want to focus upon. In addition, workshops, seminars, and conferences on a variety of topics are available upon request.
