Compassionate, caring Yoga teacher, Nicole Soteropoulos is offering a wide variety of Yoga classes at two locations. Yoga Louisville is in the heart of Prospect, at 7203 Old Covered Bridge Rd.; and The Trilliquin Center is an exciting, new Yoga and Creativity Center in the Highlands, a block north of Douglass Loop at 2108b Bardstown Rd.

Nicole has the experience and abilities to accommodate a diverse range of students. Being a student of world renowned Yoga teacher Ramanand Patel strongly influences her teachings and philosophies. Nicole has also studied Yoga with Ana Forrest, Francois Raoult, Doug Keller, Darren Rhodes, David Swenson.

Nicole also offers private lessons at both locations and has had proven success working with students dealing with conditions such as: hypertension, fatigue, breast cancer, brain injury, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, mental health challenges, pregnancy, trauma, bone/ joint replacement, severe back pain and more.
